At Plymouth Wrestling Academy, we believe that wrestling helps prepare you for success in life. Our goal is to teach wrestling to youngsters ages 5 to 12 years old in southeast Michigan. We create a fun and captivating environment with three main goals:
1) Grow the sport of wrestling, build community, and keep kids striving for success on and off the mats.
2) Build a solid foundation of mental toughness emphasizing respect, gratitude, hard work, and resilience.
3) Build a strong technique-base that can be used at all levels of the wrestling.

All practices will be held at Plymouth high school wrestling room: 8400 N Beck Rd, Canton Township, MI 48187
Ages 5-7 years old: Tuesday and Thursday 5:35-6:25 PM
Ages 8-12 years old: Tuesday and Thursday 6:35-8PM

Founder of the annual Dearborn middle school wrestling tournament
Currently a sports medicine physician for the University of Michigan Health System
